When you have a problem with a widget, you can send Numerics developers a diagnostic log. This will help them determine the issue and recommend solutions.
On the edit widget screen, just below the widget title and description (on iPhone this screen is reached by tapping ‘More info about this widget’) tap ‘Let us know’ button to open mail interface to send us the diagnostic log.
You can also directly open the edit erroring widget options by tapping on the error sign in widget detail view. Here, tap ‘Send report’ to send Numerics developers the diagnostic log.
