You can co-create dashboards with your team in realtime via secure iCloud sharing & collaboration with Messages.
Shared dashboards are saved in iCloud databases so that the updates are reflected in every device that belongs to people in the collaboration list. This feature provides an unprecedented collaboration environment where each individual not only follows the same KPIs; but also they may update the shared dashboard to contribute to the group decision making process.
To start the collaboration, on the dashboard list screen, touch and hold the dashboard name and tap ‘Collaborate’ option. You can also tap the ‘Share’ icon inside the dashboard, then choose ‘Collaborate’ to bring the same menu.
On the next screen, you can use ‘Messages’ application to send the dashboard link to the selected contact.
Once the link is sent, inside the dashboard you can see the icon on the top right corner indicating the collaboration. Tap the icon and then ‘Manage Share’ to go to share configuration screen.
You can invite more people, stop the share, or change share options here. If you stop sharing the dashboard, it will cease to be available for the people you have shared it with. You can always start the share again anytime you want.
