Adding Dashboards

Easily add dashboards for your KPIs.

Numerics is your one-stop solution to track and visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from multiple business tools in one place. This guide will walk you through how to create, customize, and manage your dashboards in Numerics.

Create a New Dashboard

Numerics starts you off with a default empty dashboard named 'My Dashboard'. This can be customized to monitor your KPIs. However, the power of Numerics lies in its ability to host unlimited dashboards, each tailored to your specific needs.

  1. Open the Numerics app.

  2. Navigate to the Dashboards list screen.

  3. Tap the '+' button at the top of the screen.

  4. Select 'Blank Dashboard' from the options that appear.

  5. Enter a unique title for your new dashboard and hit 'Save'.

Congratulations! You've created an empty dashboard. You can now start adding widgets to represent your KPIs.

Edit a Dashboard

Over time, your needs might change, and you'll want to modify your dashboards. Here's how:

  1. On the Dashboards list screen, find the dashboard you want to modify.

  2. Long press on the dashboard name to open a new display.

  3. Tap 'Edit'. This will take you to a new screen where you can edit the dashboard name, delete it, or even add it to Siri for easy access.

Delete a Dashboard

Sometimes, you may need to declutter and get rid of dashboards that are no longer necessary. But remember, deleting a dashboard will also delete all the widgets within it.

  1. Follow the steps as described in 'Edit a Dashboard' to get to the Edit screen of the desired dashboard.

  2. Tap the 'Delete Dashboard' button.

Reorder Dashboards

To optimize your workflow, Numerics lets you rearrange your dashboards according to your preference.

  1. Go to the Dashboards list screen.

  2. Drag and drop the dashboards to reorder them as per your liking.

Quick Access to Dashboards

  1. On your iPhone, with 3D & Haptic Touch, you can use Quick Actions to directly launch your top 3 dashboards from the Home screen. Simply rearrange your dashboards to see your favorite one as an option in Quick Actions.

With these steps, you're now equipped to create and manage your dashboards in Numerics effectively. As you dive in, remember that each dashboard is a canvas for you to paint a picture of your business metrics.
