How to Add and Edit Numerics Widgets on Your iPhone or iPad.

With Numerics widgets, you gain immediate access to your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) right on your Home Screen or Today View. Stay updated with your business metrics from multiple integrated SaaS tools, all in one glance.

How to Add Numerics Widgets to Your Home Screen

  1. From the Home Screen, touch and hold a Numerics widget or an empty area until the apps start to jiggle.

  2. Tap the Add button in the upper-left corner.

  3. Scroll down and select the Numerics widget, choose a widget size, then tap Add Widget.

  4. Once added, tap on the widget to choose the KPI from your dashboards that you want to display on the Home Screen.

  5. Here, you can also choose to show the logo of the integrated service to bring context to the widget on your Home Screen.

  6. Numerics supports all Home Screen widget sizes, so you can personalize the way you want to track metrics.

Note: The Numerics app needs to be installed on your iPhone or iPad and the KPIs you want to show on the Home Screen should be already added in the app.

How to Add Numerics Widgets to Today View

  1. Swipe right from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.

  2. Touch and hold a Numerics widget or an empty area in Today View until the apps jiggle.

  3. Tap the Add button in the upper-left corner.

  4. Scroll down to select a Numerics widget, then choose from the widget sizes.

  5. Once added, tap on the widget to choose the KPI from your dashboards that you want to display on the Home Screen.

  6. Here, you can also choose to show the logo of the integrated service to bring context to the widget on your Home Screen.

How to Use Widget Stacks with Numerics

You can create your own Numerics widget stacks to save space on your Home Screen and in Today View.

Smart Stack

A Smart Stack is a pre-built collection of widgets that displays widgets based on factors like your location, an activity, or time. If you use Numerics often, the OS will learn from your usage patterns and relevantly display Numerics widgets in the Smart Stack.

Create Your Own Numerics Widget Stacks

  1. Touch and hold an app or empty area on the Home Screen or Today View until the apps jiggle.

  2. Drag a Numerics widget of the same size on top of another Numerics widget. You can stack up to 10 widgets.

  3. If you’d like to change the widgets in the Stack - tap Edit Stack, then tap on the widget and choose another KPI from your existing dashboards.

FAQ

Q. How do I enlarge a Numerics widget to a larger sized widget?
A. To add a larger widget:

  1. Touch and hold a Numerics widget on the Home Screen or an empty area until the apps start to jiggle.

  2. Swipe through the preview of available widgets, going from the small, to the medium → to the larger size. On the iPad, we also support the Extra Large size of widgets.

  3. Tap on the Add Widget button to place the large-sized widget on your home screen. Optionally, you can also drag & drop the widget onto your home screen.

Q. What are the supported widget sizes on iPhone & iPad?
A. Numerics supports all Home Screen widget sizes. On the iPhone, you can add a small, medium or large size of a Numerics widget. On the iPad, you can add a small, medium, large and extra-large size too.
