Q: I can't customize the KPI displayed in my Numerics widget. What can I do?
A: To customize the KPI displayed in your Numerics widget, you need to first add the KPI in the Numerics app. Open the app, go to the dashboard and add or select the KPI you want to display. Once you've done this, you should be able to select this KPI when customizing your Numerics widget on the Lock Screen.
Q: I added a Numerics widget, but it's not displaying any data. Why is this happening?
A: This issue could arise due to a few reasons. Check to ensure that the widget is showing the data in the Numerics app. If not, there might be a problem with the account connection. Try reconnecting the account. If the data is being displayed in the app, then try restarting the device. If this fails too, please contact our support team.
