Requesting a Service Integration
Request a service integration to streamline your business metrics.
Welcome to the Numerics User Guide! As a business dashboard software, Numerics is designed to empower you to track and communicate your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a centralized, intuitive, and secure platform. This guide will walk you through the process of requesting a new service integration in Numerics.
Whether you're a business owner, manager, or data analyst, these instructions will help you extend the functionality of your Numerics dashboard by integrating it with additional services, apps, or tools.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Identify the Service or App for Integration: Determine the service, app, or tool you want to integrate with Numerics. Remember, Numerics already connects with over 80 SaaS tools and even spreadsheets, so make sure to check if your desired tool is already integrated.
Submit Your Integration Request: Reach out to us with your service integration request. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the name of the service/app, its functionality, and why you believe this integration would be beneficial.
Service Integration Review: We add all new integration requests to our user request list. Your submission will be carefully reviewed and considered for future releases.
What Happens When Your Request is Accepted?
When we accept a service integration request, we don't stop at merely adding it to our roadmap. We want you, the user, to be directly involved in the development process. Therefore, once an integration is ready for testing, we extend an invitation to our Testflight Beta to the user who requested the integration.
Being part of our Testflight Beta program provides you with the unique opportunity to preview and provide feedback on the integration before it's officially launched.
